The NRCF Board has six committees, each chaired by a Board Director, that function to serve the aims and objectives of the Foundation.  

Grants Committee: manages the annual grants program and makes recommendations to the Board about the distribution of the funds. The Committee Chair is Chris Hughes.

Community Partnerships Committee: engages with existing and potential supporters of the NRCF, including individuals, businesses and the philanthropic community. The Committee Chair is Maggie Brown.

Marketing & Community Engagement Committee: informs the community about the activities of the Foundation and organises grant giving and fundraising events. The Committee Chair is Jane Hanckel.

Investment Committee: the Investment Committee decides where and how to invest the Foundation's funds. The Committee Chair is Ninian Gemmell.

Governance Committee: ensures that the Foundation is compliant with all appropriate regulations. The Committee Chair is Michelle Tredoux.

Finance & Audit Committee: ensures the financial strength and compliance of the Foundation, including the supervision of Budget and Audit process. The Committee Chair is Nicholas Rose.
